2. What data we process
When you write to us through the contact form or by email, we process the data you give us: name, company, email, country, the type of interest you select and the content of your message. We do not process special categories of data.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, we process your phone number, profile name and the messages you send to handle your enquiry. WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group) processes that data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. The website only contains a link to WhatsApp and does not load any Meta code.

3. Purposes
- To answer your questions and requests for information or quotes.
- To manage any commercial or pre-contractual relationship that follows.
- For manufacturers, to assess a possible representation or distribution partnership.
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
4. Legal basis
- Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you give when you send the form and accept this policy.
- Pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR), when your enquiry concerns products or services.
- Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) in keeping in touch with professionals at companies we have a business relationship with.
5. Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, where applicable, for the duration of the business relationship. After that, it is kept blocked for the legal limitation periods and then deleted.
6. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. If your enquiry concerns products from a manufacturer we represent or distribute, we may share the data needed to prepare an offer with that manufacturer, after telling you.
We use service providers that act as data processors under contracts that meet art. 28 GDPR: website hosting and spam protection (Cloudflare, Inc.), delivery of contact form messages (Resend, Inc.) and email services.
To protect the form from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical browser signals and your IP address to confirm that a person is sending it. This information is used for security only, not for advertising or tracking.
7. International transfers
Some providers, such as Cloudflare and Resend, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email protected] and stating the right you wish to exercise.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. This website is always served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
